Fresh off their second week of organized practices, featuring the MLB Scout Day at Jim Perry Stadium on Tuesday night, the baseball program was out supporting the local community in a continuing partnership with the Miracle League of Johnston County.

The Fighting Camels enjoyed a fun night teaching the fundamentals of the game serving as friendly mentors for the Miracle League of Johnston County, a baseball league for children with physical, cognitive and/or emotional disabilities located in nearby Smithfield.
Campbell will be back in action on the diamond coming up weekend as the Fighting Camels host the Czech Republic National Team on Sat. Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. from the North Main Complex in Holly Springs.
