Campbell Soccer found its scoring touch over the week as both Gabe Parrish and Christine Kindt won Big South Attacking Player of the Week honors, combining to score four goals in the Fighting Camels recent stretch of home matches.
Gabe Parrish leads the Fighting Camels with five goals this season for the men’s squad that now sits 5-5 on the season and Christine Kindt posts a team-high five goals plus four assists for the second-highest scoring squad in the Big South Conference.
The Fighting Camels return to action this weekend as Campbell Men’s Soccer travels to Liberty on Friday while Campbell Women’s Soccer hosts Liberty Saturday night at Eakes Athletics Complex.

Campbell Men’s Soccer pieced together their best scoring effort of the season, running past Georgia Southern 4-2. Gabe Parrish led Campbell with two goals, including the game-winner in the 73rd minute, improving the Fighting Camels’ record to 3-4 on the season.
While Campbell was outshot during the match, the Fighting Camels rested heavily on the laurels of goalkeeper Matt Mozynski posting seven saves in the win.
Campbell jumped out early, 2-0, thanks to goals from Seth Jones and Hakeem Reid, his first goal of the season, both coming during the first half. Holding tight on the defensive end in the second half, the Fighting Camels eventually ran away from Georgia Southern.

As the Campbell Men’s Soccer team prepares to hit the pitch, sophomore Daniel Mukuna continues to lead by example as a returning starter on defense.
Mukuna, the Manchester, England product has started every game for the Fighting Camels, earning Big South All-Freshman team honors during his initial campaign.
