Former Campbell Football standout Greg Milhouse has been called one of the best un-drafted free agent signings of the 2016 draft class, according to Sports Illustrated.
The two-time All-PFL product from Garner, N.C. was fielding offers from multiple NFL teams after the conclusion of the 2016 NFL Draft on Saturday, eventually signing with the New York Giants in front of friends, coaches and family.
Milhouse became the first Campbell player to sign with an NFL team, joining long snapper Danny Dillon, who signed with the Arizona Cardinals over the weekend.
Sports Illustrated called Milhouse the best free agent signing of the New York Giants entire class, earning him honors in the article as on of the top free agent signees.
Milhouse will now head to the New York Giants rookie mini camp on May 6-7 in East Rutherford N.J., just outside the Giants home at MetLife Stadium.
