Campbell Baseball prepares for the start of the 2016 Big South Conference campaign in the midst of a 4-game win streak.
Campbell’s offense came to play over the weekend, scoring 39 runs in a 3-game sweep over MEAC foe North Carolina A&T – featuring 10-plus runs in the last four games. Freshman Michael Horrell dominated in the Sunday finale by pitching 8 innings of three-run baseball in the series sweep win.
The Fighting Camels head to Durham for a mid-week set with N.C. Central before tackling the start of Big South Conference play on Thursday versus Charleston Southern.
