Clemons landed plenty of signature moments for the Fighting Camels this season, including some sensational dunks, key blocks and a game-winning shot vs. Virginia Military Institute.
In fact, Clemons led Campbell in scoring in almost every game this season and has posted double figures nights in all but one game – a tough 3-point loss at Gardner-Webb where he finished with nine points and three rebounds.
Clemons set a Campbell freshman scoring record with three 30-point games, including a season-high 31 points in a 101-82 win over The Citadel back on Dec. 19, 2015.
The freshman leads the Big South in FT percentage (84.1%) and 3-pt made per game (3.4) while pacing Campbell to wins in four of their last six games entering March.
The Fighting Camels now prepare for the Big South Men’s Basketball Conference Tournament, hosting Gardner-Webb on Thursday night at 7 p.m. inside Gore Arena for Creek Madness.
