Record Indoor Championships

Campbell Track and Field set multiple school records at the Big South Indoor Championships, finishing third overall in both the men’s and women’s competition in the Rector Field House at Virginia Tech University over the weekend.

Led by Big South Female Track Athlete of the Year, Lilla Juhasz, who won both the 60-m dash and the 60-m hurdles – setting her own personal record (7.58s), the Fighting Camels recorded a program high in points and All-Conference performers.

Amon Terer cruised to the title in the men’s 3,000m race and the 5,000m race, while Joan Maritim showcased a strong showing in the long distance race finishing second overall.
