Candid Camel: Khadre Lane

Built like a college wide receiver, fast enough to race up and down the floor against anyone yet graceful with the basketball. Freshman forward Khadre Lane brings a unique skill set to the floor.

The former two-sport athlete has dedicated himself to the game of basketball here in Buies Creek, rising up the Campbell ranks as an all-state prep star from Lawrence, KS.

While Lane averages just over eight minutes per game, the true freshman is making his presence felt on the boards and over the fast break early in his career.

During a 87-53 win over Johnson and Wales, Lane scored seven points, grabbing two rebounds in 17 minutes of action.

As the Fighting Camels prepare to host Longwood University, learn more about the freshman contributor through our Candid Camel – including his thoughts on dunking the basketball with authority.
