The Fighting Camels Women’s Volleyball program bounced back in a solid way on Tuesday night, winning a four-set match over Charleston Southern for their first win in Big South Conference play.
McKenzie Fell led Campbell with 11 kills, while four other players added seven or more kills in the victory. Rebecca Ramirez played a large part in the offensive attack, dishing out 26 assists in the win and senior captain Mary Crema notched 20 digs.
After dropping the first set in dramatic fashion, 28-26, the Fighting Camels (6-12, 1-4) responded in grand fashion winning the next three sets, allowing no more than 21 points in those sets.

Campbell returns home for two games this weekend starting Friday night as the Fighting Camels host Presbyterian for Camper Appreciation Night, followed by Youth Night on Saturday against Winthrop.
Both matches will be streamed live on the Big South Network with first serve set for 7 p.m. on Friday along with an earlier 2 p.m. start on Saturday. Campbell will be home for the next four matches.
